Tailings - Material rejected from treatment plant after the recoverable valuable minerals have been extracted.

 

Technical Report - A report prepared, filed and certified in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 standards of disclosure for mineral projects and Form 43-101 F1.

 

Total Cash Cost - The incremental components, including royalties, but excluding taxes paid. Consequently in this case Total Cash Costs equal Cash Costs as incurred.

 

Total Costs - Summation of total working costs, net movement in working capital and capital expenditure.

 

Total Working Cost - The incremental components, including terminal separation liabilities, reclamation and closure costs(the net difference between the total environmental liability and the current trust fund provision) but excluding non-cash items such as depreciation and amortisation.
