Oriel Resources plc (“Oriel” or the “Company”)

Issue of Warrants

Oriel Resources plc is pleased to announce that 13,250,000 warrants have been admitted to trading on AIM today. These warrants were allotted following the placing completed and announced on 8 February 2005.

Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one ordinary share. The warrants can be exercised at a price of 0.75p (C$1.71). A warrant admission document has been lodged with AIM and is available upon request from the Company.
